00:00:00Halloween may seem like the perfect time to settle down and watch something spooky but it is also a great time, as a family, go listen to some spooky adventures too! This year, Yoto has created a whole collection dedicated to scary stories and devilish dance songs that the whole family will love! Find out all about their devilishly spooky themed cards here!
Good Morning Lovelies,
It may have only been a matter of days ago when I was sharing with you all the festive adventures that Yoto has to offer but I am back with their spookiest range yet! Making Halloween fun for all the family, the brand has launched a new collection that features iconic spooky classics and hauntingly fun new adventures suitable for the whole family.
Having had a look around the range, I spotted a number of releases that not only mean a lot to me but also would go down a storm with the little ones in my life. Kindly, the team sent me a few to try and I sent them off to the nursery, apart from one, to see what the kids thought. It was safe to say that they loved them!
Below are five of our favourite new Yoto cards that I think would be perfect for all to enjoy this Halloween…
Funnybones: The Collection by Allan Ahlberg, £7.99: This is the card that I refused to give to the nursery, as the big kid in me couldn’t part with it. Funnybones is the book I always remember wanting my mum to read and the TV series that I had on video. Hearing the books being read out in that Iconic way brought all those childhood spooky feels back and I loved it.
Yoto Original Halloween Songs, £7.99: No Halloween party is complete without a good selection of scary songs to dance around to. Completely original, these fun songs are innocent but educational allowing listeners to meet the sweet characters based on iconic Halloween figures. Even once Halloween is over, your little ones will still want to listen to it.
Room On The Broom by Julia Donaldson, £7.99: Another iconic book from our childhoods has been turned into a card and it is even better when someone is reading it to us. Whether it be someone keeping your little one entertained or listening to it yourself as a nostalgic reminder, you will love having this innocent gem back in your life.
Yoto Original 5-Minute Halloween Stories, £7.99: Written for Yoto, these original stories will be a real treat for little ears, as they will be able to get a new tale to hear before bed, which won’t scare. This card is a great way to introduce little ones to what they might see on the big night to make them not so frightened.
Goosebumps Pack by R.L. Stine, £19.99: When I was younger, the Goosebumps TV show used to terrify me! To the point that I would change the channel or turn it off completely. I couldn’t pick up a book until I was a lot older and able to embrace the horror genre. This spooky collection will allow older listeners to enjoy these scary reads in a fun way. You may even pop them on yourselves to see if they can still scare you as much.
Yoto has so many incredible cards available at the moment that are fantastic for Halloween but don’t involve being on your screens lovelies! Easily moveable and great to pop on at any time, these spooky wonders are truly brilliant! They are a brand new way to celebrate Halloween and I am all here for it lovelies!
