There is something so wonderful about the blending of onion and garlic together! They are a food pairing in heaven! Whether it be in a sandwich or a sauce, they just work! There so, when I head about the new jam from the fantastic Tracklements team, I knew that it was going to be delicious! Find out all they’re delicious new jam right here!

Good Morning Lovelies, 

I honestly don’t know a person who doesn’t love garlic bread! Actually, my dad wasn’t a fan, yet I think if he would have given it a go, he would have experienced and admitted that it is epic. Especially when topped with fried onions that drip their own juices down into the warm buttery bread. However, this process can take a long time to do if you are seeking comfort food in a rush. 

Yet, it no longer needs to do so, as I have some exciting new product news from Tracklements that I think you are going to love as much as I did. Using the beautiful flavour pairing of shallots and garlic, the team have created a Shallot & Garlic Jam, which brings joy to many dishes. 

Including a gentle chilli kick too, the jam presents a taste explosion of slow-cooked shallots and mellow garlic purée, which my family was kindly sent a sample to taste. Upon opening the jar, you are instantly hit with those gorgeous rich but sweet aromas that you know the herbs and vegetables to be famous for. 

Placing some salad and potatoes onto the plate too, we also added a simple drizzle of the jam onto both of these too. Just to get a real taste explosion. With the most amazing scents in the air, it wasn’t long before it was also joined by groans of pure delight. 

The sweetness of the shallots paired with the herby garlic was simply incredible. It worked with all components of the dish and made us really think about what else it would be fantastic week. A cheese board and the classic Boxing Day leftovers sandwich coming out on top. 

As we head into the colder months, this jam is sure to warm you up in all the right ways! Tracklements have made a condiment that can be used to brighten up many plates. Whether it be a cheese board, a roast dinner or even a cheese sandwich, it is incredible! Look out for it in your supermarkets lovelies! You won’t be disappointed!
