Heck Are Taking BBQ Season To New Heights This Summer!

With the sun returning to our skies and the weather getting hotter, BBQ season is fully upon us! It’s time to fire up the grill and get cooking only the best for yourself and your guests this summer! Good Morning Lovelies, 


Heck are a brand that has been loved by many for a long time, however, sadly, my family has never tried them! Yet, with BBQ season here, we decided to change that after the brand kindly supplied us with a number of pieces from their traditional and new collection. 


Fresh for this year, the team have made a beautiful new Minted Lamb Burger that will blow kebab lovers brains out. Whilst in their sausage collection, they have added the spicy and mighty Chorizo Style 97% product that adds a fire to any hot dog this season. 


These are all shared alongside their wonderful Steak and Butter Burgers, which ooze goodness and their traditional Chicken Mince, Chicken Italia Chipolatas and their Heck 97% traditional sausages and chipolatas. Each one a real wonder for any meat lover. 


Firing up our oven, as it was still a bit cold when we received the items to test, my mum and I opted to taste test the items alongside our whole family. Deciding on the newest products to try first, we popped the Minted Lamb Burgers under the grill, whilst placing the Chorizo Style 97% sausages into the oven. 



Allowing them to cook right through, we grabbed both out around the same time and found beautifully juicy meat that smelt amazing. Chopping them up into sample sizes, we placed them on a plate with toothpicks for the whole family to take a bite of. As soon as they were handed round, you could hear the moans of delight, including from my mum who had cooked them. 


The lamb burgers with a huge success and the spicy meat from the sausages made everyone agree that they would work great in a hot dog or as a chilli dog. My mum also stated that they would work sausages would work perfectly later in the year too in a fiery sausage casserole. However, it was the lamb burgers that had the whole family feeling delightful. They have since become a staple in many of our homes in fact. 


Over the past few weeks, we have continued to enjoy the sausages, alongside their traditional range, which never fails to be a success. The Heck 97% sausages are beautiful in flavour and generous in size. Whilst the chipolata versions have made perfect pigs in blankets over the past few Sundays. My mum kept the steak burgers to herself to enjoy on Mother’s Day and boy did she enjoy them. 


Letting the butter ooze into the bun she had them in, she said the moisture and flavour was delicious. She said they would be great chopped up into a salad too with a gorgeous sauce drizzled on top and new potatoes. Whilst the chicken mince has been great for making meatballs and tacos too. 



Everything in the Heck range is made with only the best ingredients and you can truly tell! We have been amazed by the flavour, size and results every time we have used the items we were kindly sent. They have now become staples in our family home and my extended family members too! You honestly can’t beat the heck out of these lovelies! And we couldn’t recommend them enough!
