Wrap Up Warm This Winter With Sherpa
00:00:00Now that Christmas is over the colder weather is more of a pain than a joy! Therefore, wrapping up warm is key, meaning we need to get out our gloves, scarfs and hats to beat the chill! However, if you haven’t got any to hand, I have a brand who may just be able to help! Allow me to introduce you to Sherpa!
Good Morning Lovelies,
The cold weather is something that I both love and hate! As someone who suffers from Raynaud’s, anorexia and breathing problems, my body can’t regulate itself well unfortunately. This means that even in summer, I have to wrap up well, so I am always on the lookout for products and brands that will keep me warm.
Therefore, when Sherpa got in touch with me stating that they could help, I was quick to ask them to give me all the advice that they could. Kindly, they went above and beyond and sent me a few samples, including their Hanssi Mittens and Mula Beanie, both of which are unisex.
Helping to improve the lives of women in Nepal, the company hires them in a meaningful way to help them find employment that works around their home and family life. The items that are sold also contribute to getting children into education, with every item providing a day at school for them. By 2030, they hope to reach their goal of providing 10 million school days, having already provided 1,500,000 days so far.
Upon arrival, I was quick to unpack them. However, what I found was not what I was expecting. As someone who loves woolly items, I was amazed at how perfect these were. Both had fleecy thermal linings, which kept my body warm from the moment I popped both items on.
The gloves reminded me of being like a child, when my mum used to bundle us all up before we headed out. Making my bleaker January days a whole lot brighter! The hat kept my ears warm, whilst protecting my head from the elements. Over the past few weeks, I have tried it in wind, rain, a bit of sunshine and damp days, which it had tackled well. As have the gloves.
Both my mum and I have tried the gloves in fact, as she asked to borrow them whilst pushing her shopping trolley. Having suffered for a long time, she stated that when we go out now, they are hers if the trolley comes too, as they gave her a good grip and warmth around the bar of it.
Having never tried the brand before, I was very impressed with what I found. Sherpa have created a number of articles of clothing that are built with comfort, warmth and care in mind. Something you can tell from the first time you put them on! If you need to beat the January weather then they are the brand to try! You will be feeling the benefits in no time!
