Therefore, when the fantastic Artisan Olive Oil Company got in touch to see if the blog would like to test some of their creations, I couldn’t help myself! Good Morning Lovelies, 

Pasta is a key part of anyone in my family’s life! Whether it be the little tubes in soup or the big beautiful ones in a bolognaise dish, we are a bunch of Italians who live up to the stereotypes I have to admit. However, I will admit that my dad, who was the true Sicilian in our house didn’t like it that much. 

Yet, I know he would have liked the one we tried this week. Kindly gifted to me by the amazing team at the Artisan Olive Oil Company, they sent me one of their brilliant Organic Artisan Pasta Sauce with Artichokes and Black Olives jar’s to enjoy however we fancied this week. And so we went to town on it! 

Pouring the jar into our slow cooker, we used the sauce as a replacement to a chicken hunters sauce. Popping it on top of some chicken breasts, we added broccoli, cheese and a few extras pieces to make an elevated dish that my mum was obsessed with upon instantly tasting the first trial of it. 

Beautifully rich in colour, the sauce soon started to bubble away, giving off a beautiful fresh tomato smell that reminded us of hot summer days spent in Italy, as it filled our home. Using only a few simple ingredients to make the sauce, including, tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, artichokes, black olives, salt and spices, the Mediterranean diet was one that we fully embraced that night. 

Popping the chicken onto a plate with added new potatoes and freshly steamed vegetables, the sauce oozed all over in a wonderful manner that looked like a posh dinner from a restaurant. It had all the ingredients that you would want. It had the taste of truly delicious richness that you would want and with no hidden nasties you appreciated it a whole lot more. 

You don’t even need to worry about little ones finding the vegetables, as they are mixed I so well that they won’t notice. They too will just love the flavours that burst out from it. Priced at £4.50, you will be grateful for this product because when paired with your favourite pasta or dish, you will get a restaurant experience without the full costs. 

Plus, more than one of you can enjoy it. Winner winner, pasta for dinner! Honestly, I would definitely recommend this jar, as it will elevate any meal into something wonderful. What more could you want!
