How did you get to work today? What way did you get the little ones to school? However it may have been, I am sure that it wasn’t as fun as you may have hoped it would be. From screaming toddlers to overcrowded tube lines, the daily commute can be a real battlefield, which I am all too aware of, as I used to commute into London every morning. 

Apart from the time it gave me to read my book,  I never enjoyed it. To me, it was time being wasted on things I could have been doing. The fun I could have been having. With this in mind, I have recently been thinking about what ways we can get to places that are actually enjoyable. With the wheels hidden within them, the shoes can be used to walk or skate around in, meaning if you ever need to get to somewhere in a hurry, you can easily do so in these. 

Cream Scoop Hearts Adjustable Quad Roller Skates, £50: When I saw these, I was instantly transported back to being a little girl who wanted the Barbie skates in the Argos catalogue. Sparking a real joy in my heart, these skates brought a real hint of nostalgia to me, as I wanted to zoom around my local area again in my old faithfuls. Roller skating will always be cool and these cement it. 

Frenzy 205mm Rose Gold Air Zero Foldable Commuter Scooter, £159.95: Scooters are becoming massive again around the world and I am all here for it. This foldable commuter scooter means you can leave the car at home to get to the bus or train stop on time. Then with a few simple moves it can fold up to take up less space. You could even take it with you onto a plane, it is that easy to transport, meaning you can zoom around a whole new country in no time at all. I was kindly sent this to test and I have to say, I am OBSESSED with it now. The beautiful rose gold colour really stands out and being able to get to someone in half the time is a real winner for me.

Enuff Icon Green Complete Skateboard, £70: Tony Hawk made skateboarding cool back in the early 00s and now it is having a real surge in popularity again. Skateboarding always looks so cool and to be able to do it is a real skill. Heading into the office on one of these will definitely get everyone talking about how brilliant you looked. Plus, you can decorate your office walls with some too. 

Zycom Foldable ZTrike Pedal Trike, £74.95: If you are taking the little one to school but finding the walk a little tiresome for them then you need this trike. Perfectly balanced, it allows for younger members of the family to get their first experience behind the wheel, as the trike provides a safe and secure chance for them to learn how to ride a bike.
