00:00:00

Drinks are one of the biggest things to buy at Christmas! Whether it be for the table or as a gift, the bottles you buy can make or break a dish! There so, to help you out a little bit, I have gather five of the newest drinks on the market that may just make your tables pop! Gather everyone round and enjoy!

Good Morning Lovelies,

When it comes to the drinks you opt to buy at Christmas, what do you normally pick? In our house, we often have a bottle of whiskey by my dad’s picture, some rum to go with some coke for my mum and I’m all for a non-alcoholic drink. We might even pop open a classic mulled wine or Buck’s Fizz too on the big day.

However, we also like to go a bit all out for our guests too and buy a range of different bottles to gift or have on hold if they pop round unannounced. With so many on the market though, it can be hard to find the right ones, so I have created this handy guide to introduce you to five new ones available. Be prepared to want to pop one of these open ASAP…

Bathtub Gin Damson & Bay, £35.95: Bathtub Gin has been a firm favourite for many for years! However, this Christmas, they have gone into the winter woods to make this wonderful concoction of Damson and Bay notes. Full of hearty tastes that really remind you of a fruity crumble, this will delight your guests or family as they wait for the Christmas desserts to be brought out.

Project 173 Pumpkin Spice Rum, £19.95: Autumn in a bottle, this is the drink that will warm you up and make you feel cosy. Even the bottle looks incredible! Full of spices and a hearty base, this is a rum that will elevate any mixture if blended or knock your socks off with beautiful tastes if enjoyed neat. My mum, who loves rum, said it gave a beautiful taste to coke when mixed together that seemed like it was alcohol free. It was that tasty that she said that you need to be careful because it is very moorish!

V&A Gin Liqueur, £18: The world famous museum has begun making their own alcohol and it is as sophisticated as the history in the building. Whether you enjoy it with a tonic or on its own, you will be in awe of the tastes and flavours that come from it.

B&M Winter Berries Light Up Gonk Gin Liqueur with Gold Flakes, £14: The perfect item to gift to your loved ones, this light up gem is truly a work of art. With glitter swirling around the bottle, it’s more of a snow globe than a drink. In fact, it’s both, which makes this light delight a real wonder!

La Vielle Ferme Rose 1.5L Magnum Bottle, £16: This gorgeous rose wine is the perfect size to pop when everyone is round. Full of fruity flavours, it can make chicken, turkey and even dark meats pop, whilst giving a lighter touch to a buffet too.

If one tipple isn’t enough though, I do have something a little extra special to share with you all…

Drinks by the Dram 24 Day Rum Advent Calendar, £99.95: Over the course of advent, you can delight in these 24 different wax-sealed sample sized rums. Perfect with a mixer or on their own, this advent is great to gift too, as those who receive it will find joy, especially if they are a rum enthusiast. Give your or your loved ones the palette loving it needs with this very different but fun advent calendar full of rum.

Whether they appear on your dining table or in a bottle bag as a gift, I hope that these five bottles can help make your drink options a little bit more exciting lovelies! They are bubbly brilliant!
